It seems that on a breaktime episode of Re:Zero they decided to reveal there and not on the eps themselves that Al is from Japan, same as Subaru, something that should have been revealed in S1 of Re:Zero.

It's kinda important I guess so a bit surprised they decided to cover it this way.

I knew it from last week from Echidnut's video but kinda forgot to talk about it until today as I watched the new ep.

That specifically Al is from Japan I knew it since preparing the Re:Zero mafia game as I spoiled myself there a bit.
