So, last December 2020 Oda said that "Red-Haired" will make a move in next year means 2021.

Now with the current pace of One Piece or i would say Wano Arc, do we really going to see "Red-Haired Shanks" this year?
or Oda means "Red Haired" is someone else other than Shanks??

Depends. If we get an Act intermission, there's a chance Shanks shows up, but if Oda holds off his reappearance for post Wano, then I find it unlikely. I believe 2021 will be another full year of Wano.

When Oda make a claim like that, I don't think he takes into consideration the amount of breaks he's gonna take during the year.
I see the Onigashima raid ending maybe this year still.
So, if he's going for some "outside Wano" chapters right after the raid? If he does, then MAYBE yes, shanks is still gonna make his move this year.

I think there will be short dramatic time before Luffy comes back where the alliance seems to have lost and CP-0 and Xdrake begin to report to their leaders in that time we will get to know what happened till now maybe 2 or 3 chapters at most. that will includes what BB, Shanks , the Schichiubukai , Sabo and the revos , and Vivi are doing.

Shanks is Wano's lurking legend secret boss and Lulllfy has no choice to beat Shanks after beating Kaidou since Shanks hold the final poneglyph or Shanks motif from the start is to ******* Nami and Robin and every female friends / alliance of Luffy and he already forced Hancock to *** *** **** while ****** *** **** *** ***** so Luffy's going bonkers and get G7 to beat Shanks wow how wild
