Zoro long range slashes are good, bt Wolverine will block or divert em with his claws. And he can regenerate those that he couldn't block. Zoro won't also be easy to wound with his sword defence, bt in long extended fight he is bound to take few hits, and with time those will take a toll on his body.
And its not like Wolverine hasn't fought sword users. In the end i would say the speed difference btween both these characters would be major factor behind this victory. If the diff is so big that Wolverine take all the attacks, it won't be winnable fight for him. If he can react to em, thn i would favour him.
As for Deadpool, i would say with confidence Zoro win this. Even tho Deadpool regeneration is better, he can be cut into pieces easily by Zoro unlike Wolverine. And going by the movie, it took him quite good time to regenerate new parts of the body.

?I don't think people realize how weak Wolverine is. He can bench press 800 lbs(basically a real life strongest man contest champion). A regular Fishman, I mean a typical citizen fodder is ten times stronger than a regular human. This means fodder merman strength > Wolverine strength.

Zoro can simpy pick up a giant boulder & drop it on Wolverine. Wolverine will just be stuck there forever.
