Mild trauma. Grandma paid for lessons but the teacher was unkind/forced me to go underwater when I didn't like it so I spitefully forgot everything I learned the two summers throughout the school year. I maybe could swim to save my life if I had to, but not leisurely and I still hate going under water. Last time I tried with nose goggles, I had a heaviness and pressure feeling in the head that freaked my anxiety out.
