The only thing even remotely resembling jobbing that Law has done is against Doflamingo, but not without gutting him first. He's taken out everyone else he had an extended confrontation with, Smoker, Vergo, and Hawkins. That's one guy who's had buildup with Luffy for years, another guy who whooped that same guy's ass, and then a member of the worst generation. Not counting antagonists, he's arguably mowed through stronger/more relevant characters than anyone not named Luffy post timeskip.
Kidd hasn't beaten anyone but he's only really lost to Kaidou off panel, he entered WCI and left after he got what he wanted.
Sabo beat the brakes off of Burgess one of the prominent members of the BB pirates, and apparently lost in a battle that had 2 Admirals in it.
These 3 names shouldn't be anywhere near that list. Especially Law given how many bodies he's caught.
The top 3 biggest jobbers post skip by far are Smoker, Sanji, and Jack. They each have a case to be 1, but honestly I have to give peak performance to Smoker. He got destroyed 3 times in 1 arc, serving as a hype tool for the opponents every time. That's abuse I don't think any character has ever received in such a short period of time. He's not around anymore so that's his only advantage here.
Sanji and Jack are about to duke it out so I guess we can crown the winner after that.
