It's a wrestling term: someone who loses deliberately because they don't care and are being paid to lose.

I don't think he likely is. His takes are constantly off and the guy has always consistently pushed Coby = Luffy. He's far far from being the first bearing such contrived takes and I doubt these guys are mostly trolls here.

A jobber theoretically means someone who is dispassionate enough about a given situation that he loses fights which he theoretically shouldn't. Like fighting and lsoeing to opponents is his day job. Like someone in wrestling who is losing on purpose because he's been bribed and it seems to be his job.

Under that definition, the World's strongest jobber is definitely Kaido.
