The Vander Decken Pirates with Vander Decken being by far the worst villain ever introduced in One Piece and his crew being completely bland and non-existent outside of Wadatsumi.

They make the New Fishman Pirates look like interesting in comparison.

Arlong carried the Arlong Pirates so bad.

Hachi is an alright character primarily because of Sabaody. Still got wrecked by Zoro’s corpse

Kuroobi(?) talked the most shit only to get negged by Sanji on land

Chu(?) lost to Usopp

Wapol goons were lame af, but Chessmarimo was so crazy that he was kinda fun

Enel priest : some moments were cool with them : Shura vs Wiper, Satori vs Sanji and Ohm was kinda nice. But they are the weakest antagonist group of a big arc > Wapol goons > New fishmen crew (not a single soul here is worth something)
