I think Law and Kidd being weaker than Zoro makes sense to be honest. His portrayal and feats are crazy good. He's easily in the top 15 alive.
Gorosei being Yonko level also makes sense given they're Imu's best goons and they're seemingly above Shamrock.
The Saijo thing is just a speculation, and for a mere speculation, it actually makes a ton of sense in my opinion.
Zoro has better feats than Koby.
