not sure if it was on the forum but someone once told me that Marco and Vista attacked Akainu without haki and that Akainu saying "haki users" immediately afterwards means that they didn't use it on him

With the exception of Haki being able to penetrate or make contact. An unawakened Logia like Monet gets cut by halo and would die/bleeds. An awakened Logia like Akainu can repair damage done even by haki coated swords without any visible injuries.

The awakening is a true transformation into the material that is not injured like a body, that allows those wounds to be healed completely.

Yes they take damage, but they can repair the body (still wouldn’t heal the damage though kinda like Doffy describing remaking his organs)

It’s like how Kuzan repaired his body after getting smashed by Jozus haki despite him still having a bloody lip afterward

Nico Robin isn’t the strongest out of the mid trio
All the tobi roppo werent close (they were, Black Maria, WsW, and Sasaki being very close in strength)
Luffy>Kizaru, Kaido, Gorosei, Current Blackbeard, etc
Law, Zoro and Luffy wouldn’t get one shot by shanks like kid did IF THEY WERE IN HIS POSITION
Current croc<Doffy
Zoro vs Luffy isnt close (Zoro wins though)
Gunko is the weakest out of the holy knights (I have an entire thread of this)
Jinbe vs Robin isnt an extreme or high dif fight

I mean Crocodile got beheaded by Doffy too, and unlike when Vivi tried to do it, Croc didn’t just explode into sand.

I think it’s just “fatal damage” is weird in OP.

While Robin had to resort to getting a nonsensical power up in the raid, Jimbe straight up destroyed Who's Who. The tobiroppo might be "close" enough, but 1139's cover hints that WsW low diffed both Ulti and Page One, so i don't really see how Black Maria could compare to that.
