Did you guys ever stopped to think about this?
The blame for Chopper being shafted again in Shitty Country Arc belong to that dumpster in the form of humanoid animals.
Chopper saved their lifes in order of they being allies for Shitty Country Arc,and they proceeded to contribute to nothing of value!
They spent the whole time whining about have lost Pedro,and Perospero was throw away like some useless garbage as both character and villain because of that!
If they had all died or never existed at all,the space wasted on them could have been used for better things and Perospero could have been Chopper's opponent!
This was when Chopper's belief that "a doctor's duty is to help anyone" become horseshit. It is a harsh truth about reality that some people do not deserve to be saved.

Oda try to justify his bad writing with quantity. Quantity being the number of characters, useless plots, so called world building, weird designs of gifters, non stop stair climbing and shock value:

Don't know where the brook votes are coming from, he was the mvp in whole cake and had some solid feats in Wano. Ussop spent the whole arc running away. He defeated no opponents, did nothing constructive, and generally had no importance to the plot. He was immediately ready to denounce Luffy to save his own ass, and rode around on the komainu showing off his fake CoC to fodder instead of helping while his friends were literally dying. He deserves to be kicked out of the crew at this point.

Defeat a Number is not a feat because they are oversized fodder.
Brook's character is all about spam that unfunny joke. He is as garbage as the rest of Condom-Boy's gang.
