well i think Luffy might get a higher bounty than Kaido, i mean it will be reported that he defeated Kaido more than that , if Zou attack the ships and the end of the arc Luffy controls Wano , and he will be seen as the leader of the whole alliance , the news that Sanji and Zoro defeated King and Queen, the Poneglyphs , the minks as allies as well, Yamato being subordinate now , and Momo being a dragon like Kaido and his subordinates, they all will be considered as Luffy's subordinates , i mean those news will be revealed for sure.
and i mean Apo will deliver to Morgans , i think that has to happen and so Luffy will be recognized as biggest threat out there, he is more dangerous for WG than Kaido and BM combined.

Remember doffy bounty was realized when we taught wb bounty would be around 500-700 million

I don't know how high Kid and Law's bounty is going to be, but I know that Luffy's bounty is going to be at least 4.5bill.
