Zoro already surpassed Luffy in CoA as he has a green aura CoA that Luffy doesn't while already knowing adcoa. On top of that Zoro is going to make a black blade so he'd stay better at CoA than luffy. Sanji may get his own unique CoO pu so it's possible for him to surpass Luffy in CoO.
