It could be. Oda’s certainly said to us enough times that the end of Wano is the start of the end of One Piece.

It won't.
One Piece is an easy cash cow, so they won't put the necessary effort into.

I mean post-Wano is meant to be the final saga, so probably. The longer it goes on the more it'll seem somewhat distinct to post-timeskip prior to it since Luffy's an Emperor and each arc is building up to the final war more and more.

Officially no but I can see it catching on with fans in the community

Pre skip ended with a major changes in the status quo with the death of white beard, Aokiji left, and Sengoku and Garp both semi-retired

Wano ended much the same way

Over the course of wano saga- the 7 warlords got disbanded, two yonko fell, Luffy and buggy took their spots respectfully, and some big name crews got wiped out ,Kid, Law and Barto club
