Sanji took zero damage from a hybrid yc2 haki masters destroyer with a sword. Even with haki sanjis still tanking the hit especially with his newly trained coa

No. It took Zoro's powerful Ryu/CoA haki combo with ACoC to break King's sword. That's a much stronger attack than the one that scarred Kaido. King was using CoA haki.

Zoro ACoC sword clashed with King's CoA sword.

Zoro CoA/ACoC cutting/breaking King's CoA sword.

Even at the beginning of there battle King's none haki coated sword didn't break.

It doesn't matter how you look at it the answer is no.
