The original seven Shichibukai can all have it, Enel can have it, Lucci can have it, Law can have it, and I wouldn’t mind at all. In fact, I would welcome it.

The OG seven were the toughest seven pirates besides the Yonkous. They deserve to have it. If Katakuri can have it, there is absolutely no reason why the seven pirates who actually challenged Yonkous and Admirals in the past can't have it.
