Blackbeard Pirates, probably a good paramecia.

Kaido is a vicious drunk but he treats his top officers with a lot of respect.
Blackbeard doesn't shower but also is less likely to engage in dumb battles where I might get killed.

The Beast Pirates enslave Wano and generally cause destruction, but the top officers (Tobi Roppo and All Stars) seem cool. I think I'd get along with most of them.

The Blackbeard pirates... Not enough data on how they operate. They're all monsters from Level 6 though. So I probably won't get along with them.

Well if I have a top tier devil fruit then I would pick Kaido, mainly because he's someone who cares about strength so he'd respect me and it would be fun fighting with Kaido

Kaido without a doubt. Especially if you are strong and have a niche. I imagine Apoo had a great life at Wano. Blackbeard is all for chaos at Beehive, I would thrive better in Kaidos hierachical but ultimately meritocratic environment.

BB at least he cares about his crew unless you are strong kaido wouldn't care if you died in a ditch. If you join kaido you either become a laughing fodder or a human with a animal sticking out of you.

In general both are decent if you are a relevant character. Kaido treats you nicely if you are strong but BB is also decent. They are pretty similar. If you are a fodder then BP may be a negative due to smile
