Hiyori is barely a character so I don’t know why you would sacrifice Zoro for her. Kuina would be a good protagonist, overcoming her own perceived barriers as a woman to be WSS. Dunno if I would trade Zoro for that but it’s at least something.

Ichiji/Niji are clones and Yonji sucks. If it was just Reiju yes but if it’s all of them big no.

Nah. Ace is not so interesting as a main protagonist. Protagonist with fire powers? nah.

Easily. Kuina would have been more interesting given Zoro 'the man' becoming the WSS is not much interesting. Rather the woman who is standing at the top surpassing the men in the world would have made WSS more entertaining than anything.
