Imo they can both fight him. By the end of their fight, the two were beating Linlin and might have even KO’d her if not for all the damage they accumulated from kaido and Hawkins.

Luffy Law Kidd anyone from roof top including their awakenings ain't doing shit to King because Zoro hits 1000 times harder.
Luffy needs AT LEAST Advanced CoC if not Bajrang Gun to put down King.
