Future Events Yamato and Katakuri will become the future leaders of the Beast Pirates and Big Mom Pirates.

Katakuri will most certainely end up becoming the new captain of the Big Mom Pirates and head of the Charlotte family but I doubt that the Beast Pirates will have another captain than Kaido, most of them will most likely end up imprisonned after Wano arc, or that Yamato will want to lead his father's crew.
The Beast Pirates isn't even a real crew. They're all opportunists who are trying to climb to the top by piggybacking Kaido. They will all scatter once Kaido is defeated. They might even try to swear allegiance to Kidd or Luffy. The F6 have their own crews, the calamities will split, maybe King joins Big Mom's bestiary.
tsssssk I mean Yamato will join Luffy's crew.
The BMP is a family with strong ties and relationship. They rules over hundred of thousands of citizen and I think they enjoy doing that. And I still think this will continue after that under Katakuri's rule. The only thing is there will be no Big mom (no more current BM but is think Big mom will be alive EOS with Olin persona), so no more soul taxing to stay here and the homies will likely be fewer than before.
But the BP are just here because Kaido is a monster among monster. They respect Kaido strength and his view about the fact that strength is everything, and maybe they are okay with the BP brutality and cruelty.
And inside there are different crews who merged with the BP.
They have no real respects between them no friendships etc
Yamato is likely not as strong as Kaido, the crew doesn't seem to respect Yamato as Kaido.
The day Kaido is done for all the rats will split and the crew will disband.
I think Yamato will stay in Wano and Onigashima maybe with the numbers to link the Oni race with the Wano people. And Momo and him will be BF.
