The manga is black and white, the anime isn't.

These attacks have lightning but they don't have CoC coating.

the fact that they only put that comment after the thunder bagua clash means this is the first time Yamato uses Adcoc in the manga & probably but not certainly this is the first time she uses it in her life, also note that the hollowed glacier slash & that attack when she hit Kaido in the face and said "shut up", these two attacks happened after the thunder bagua clash & she didn't use Adcoc, while the white snake rush attack was probably an Adcoc.

He didn't ignore it with Zoro.... He straight up comments on Zoro being a Conquerer as well right afterwards.

I am (probably) right, she only learned coating on the rooftop but you can't use the anime because in the whole manga fandom the OP anime is the only one that isn't canon since they show how weak a certain character is.
We have people here convinced that every clash is AdCoC and that purple and blue lightning is conqueror's haki, they also ignore the lack of golden aura that was confirmed to be present everytime someone uses conqueror's haki.

Yamato has been fighting Kaido since she was very young so it's no surprise who she learned it from. She will have learned it long before the rooftop fight.
