Theory About Yamato's Mother
Yamato is currently 28 years old.
In chapter 1049, we were sent on a flashback 38 years into the past, then we were sent 10 years into the future from then, so roughly 28 years ago.
In this flashback we see Kurozumi Higurashi, a member of the Kurozumi Family and a major supporter of Kurozumi Orochi.
If you remember, Kaido killed her when she interrupted the fight between him and Oden.
Clearly a resemblance between the two.
As far as reasoning for why he would want to have a child with that.....uhm.... woman??? Strategically it makes sense, having a tie to the current Shogun through blood would be reasonable for Kaido if he wanted her to take control of the country. It is also just as reasonable for her to do the same thing so that they are not overthrown.
It isn't bulletproof, but.... based on appearance, timing, and plot... this seems reasonable if not likely.
