needs to eat a Devil Fruit power..

Beckman will have ryou too, if he has advanced conqueror's haki. Since the principle is similar.
I predict him to have advanced conqueror's haki anyway, like 99& chance. So advanced armament and conqueror's

Honestly, Beckman might have all 3 too.
He was smiling and asking about the future Shanks saw.....it is a bit ambiguous here, seems to me like either he saw the same future as well, or he knows Shanks so well that he could deduce from Shanks' reaction.
