Hey everybody, as part of the end-of-year events, we will be hosting a second COTY that will be exclusive to VIPs only. It will take place in the VIP forum. The character pool for the poll will be those that didn't make it to round 3 of the normal COTY. 20 characters total using the same format. This contest will begin next week on Monday, December 20th.

We'll be making a slight change to this. Instead of characters from the main COTY, it'll be any character in One Piece. So Doflamingo, Blackbeard, Sakazuki, Mihawk, Katakuri, Crocodile, etc. will all be eligible.
