General & Others Yonko bounty without crew and territories?

What do you think which would be the yonko bounty if he didn't have crew and territories. I think it would be these:
1) Wb: 3.8B because he is WSM and roger rival
2)Kaido: 3.59B the same than Mihawk because the marines think wss=wsc
3)Shanks: 3.11B, the same than Buggy because the marines think than they are rivals
4)Big Mom: 2.5B, she was the weakest yonko and she had that bounty due her influence
5)BB: 1.5B, he did the same than luffy in wc. Defeated 2 yc (ace and marco).
These would be the bounties I believe they would have. What do you think which would be?

I think if we compare shanks to Mihawk who are always compared together by marines/WG.

Shanks bounty would be 3.3 to 3.4 as he also was a roger pirate. Based on that there would by 500 M drop on average.

WB bounty -- 4.5
Kaido's bounty -- Around 4
BM bounty -- Same as Mihawk

Only one hitting 4B would be WB.

BM less than 3B

Shanks probably something like Buggy's or 3.3B

Kaido pretty much the same as Mihawk.

BB 2.5B is fine.

Ugh it is since they still considered him a subordinate not a person who actually has territory or a crew. So the point still stands

All of the other yonkos bounty would have been no more than 2.2 billion with the only exception being whitebeard and rodger who would not have any more than 3billion

Shanks: not having a crew, not being affiliated with Rodgers, not having subordinates, not having territory.

Kaido: not being apart of the rocks crew, not having his title, not having a crew, not having subordinates, not having territory, not having an underground network that relies on illegal man made devil fruits, not network dealing with weapon distributions.

Bigmom: not being apart of the rocks crew, no crew, no subordinates, territory, no underground network with using gigantification or working with members of cp0 that are undercover as underground criminals

Rodger: no territory , no crew, no subordinates, not being able to become pirate king since he would not be able to find luaghtale

Whitebeard: no crew, no subordinates, no territory, no affiliation with the rock pirates.

Even after being a member of cross guild mihawk still has nome of those things the other yonko have listed above

Also other things matter too. Both Kaido and BM were part of rocks crew with WB and kaido is more ruthless and destructive.

If you take into consideration that WB, Kaido and BM didn't have a subordinate/Vice Captain stated to be comparable to them, they wouldn't lose has much "threath value" as Shanks.
