Speculations Yonko Commanders having their personalised divisions

Let's imagine than other than having one or several divisions of subordinates under their command and them having their own personal ships, the Yonko Commanders from the Whitebeard Pirates, Beast Pirates, Big Mom Pirates, Red Hair Pirates and Blackbeard Pirates had enough power and freedom given to them by their Emperor/captain to be allowed to personalise and customize their personal division as they like it, a bit like the Flying Six having their own crews with a theme despite still being part of the Beast Pirates.

What themes, specializations and other traits and quirkinesses could you imagine for these personalised divisions led by a YC ?

I mean King was said to be a torture-loving pervert by Queen. Mostly an insult, but sadistic crew members would be fitting, probably with torture chambers and such on his ships and at his base. The most ruthless Headliners under him to torture captured enemy pirates, maybe experiment on them the way King was (though with less purpose given he's Lunarian).

Queen kinda already had funky members of the crew partying and dancing with him so that.

Jack kinda already had a team with him that fit though they also ended up being an introduction to the Headliners and Gifters as a whole.

Katakuri fits better as a loner since he hides his mouth and can't be free around others, so in this scenario him travelling solo could contrast with the other Commanders.

Snoothie having dedicated followers who'd die for her. Maybe even get juiced whenever she feels like.

Cracker's whole thing is making biscuit soldiers, so either fodder or just him roaming with biscuit soldiers at the ready.

Snack didn't get much focus, but maybe some followers that overly hype him up. Give him a false sense of superiority and invincibility he doesn't back up against Urouge. Probably run out on him after that to go with him losing the Commander position.

Perospero's not a Commander but close enough. Persopero's pretty creepy looking but overall pretty elegant, so followers like that. Probably eating candy like him, some with related abilities too.

Smoothie should have other longlegs who are martial artists like Blue Gilly, as well as fishmen and merfolks with water martial arts, in her squad.
