After my threads on the Warlords crews here are the threads to express your opinions on and talk about the Yonko crews.
The first one shall be about the crew of the man who was Gold Roger's equal and the Strongest Man in the World, Edward Newgate aka Whitebeard.
What are your thoughts on the Whitebeard Pirates ? What do you like and dislike about them ? Who's or are your favorite(s) WBP ?

Best yonko crew !

WB is a legend. The way he lived, the way he died, everything, every panel, every interactions with an other character is amazing. He is for now the most human of the Yonko. Roger feels like a legend, a myth, a guy too huge to be true. WB feels human, he had wins, he had losses, made mistakes, he was part of a barbarian pirate crew then made hiw own with his own philosophy and he managed to make the family he always desired, he grew old, seeing the illness weaken him, seeing his children fighting, and killing each other, and seeing the era changing. That is a most complete life my friends.

Marco is one of my favorite character in One piece. The guy is awesome. I love his laid back attitude, his powers, his role as WB fight hand during 20+ years, the way he took care of the crew etc. I also love his history, the guy had a captain, a family, littles brothers to take care, allies etc and suddendly all of that went to shit and he lost almost everything. He tried to avenge WB and he failed and likely lost a huge amount of friends again. Marco experienced all of that, and like a mirror to his powers survived each time and has to continue his road.

Ace is also a great character. His history with his father, his new life with Luffy and Sabo, his pirate life and his quest to take down WB and then his new beginning in the WB crew. And obviously the way he ended in Marineford and the impact it had on the whole world.

We don't know much about Jozu personality.

And I want to know more about Thatch.

Their is also Teach who had been in the crew for decades and decieded to betray them.

The more we have about the WB crew the better.

I like the Whitebeard Pirates but at the same time I'm not a huge fan of them, out of all the Yonko crews the Whitebeard Pirates are the ones I find the least interesting. With the exception of Whitebeard, Oden, Marco, Ace, Jozu, Vista, and Izo, the rest of the crew really don't interest me and I don't find their designs that interesting as well.

I think the most hyped crew.

Marco: Clashed with Kizaru and Akainu. Has high AP to stop Kizaru's Yasakani no Magatama. Fast enough to stop Kizaru who is at the speed of light from attackimng WB.
Vista: Clashed with Mihawk.
Jozu: Stopped Mihawk slash and clashed with Aokiji. In Vivre Card he is also c9nsidered fast for his size.
Curiel: Fought Moria without injuries
Speed Jiro: The fastest WB pirates
Rakuyo: Fought Kizaru without receiving massive damage
Ace: I put him below Marco but above Vista and Jozu. Has the highestpotential in the crew. At 17 years old without learning armament haki he was offered shichibukai position. Dominated no yami Teach and dfless Teach scarred Shanks. Assuming Teach got stronger, Teach was YC3 or YC4 without yami when he fought Ace and Ace still dominated him and his crews. Matched Kuzan Pheasant Beak with his own Kyoukaen.

Ace was offered the Sichibukai offer at 18, as it took him 1 year to reach Saboady. Also he unlocked his Armament Haki at Saboady while fighting a marine vice admiral.

Probably my favorites as well. Don’t think they’re the strongest (although most of them have been portrayed as quite powerful), but they’re clearly as tightly knit as any other family, there are some cool designs/abilities (Marco and Whitey Bay are two particular good ones in my opinion), and I think they made the most sense for Ace because of Whitebeard’s connection to Roger. I was rooting for them to win all through Marineford despite knowing that the story couldn’t necessarily advance in the way it was heading if they did.

They set the standards for all other Emperor crews. And arguably excluding the Strawhats, they've demonstrated the greatest level of loyalty towards a comrade. Staking it all for Ace.

Whitebeard is the alpha male of the One Piece world. Even with Roger casting a large shadow over all pirates, Newgate's the only one not to be eclipsed by it. Yet despite that, his desires are simple, even mundane. All he wants is a family to sail the seas with.

His commanders are hyper competent as well, clashing with several of the world's strongest individuals, and acting as respectable leaders in their own right.

One bone of contention I have with them, however, is that outside of the main players, Newgate, Marco, Jozu, Vista, Ace, and maybe Izo, they aren't terribly fleshed out, and the designs are pretty uninspired compared to later Yonko crews. But that's my only issue.

Ace is too big a character to be covered alongside the commanders, but I will say that he is cool and full of promise. He's what you expect a potential Pirate King candidate to be. Marco's always reliable. He keeps things in check when Newgate isn't available. Jozu and Vista don't have much to go on, but I do mention how competent they looked during the war.

All in all, solid crew, but not exactly my favorite Yonko crew. Their importance and clout cannot be understated, though.

WBP is the most normal beside shanks so far for me. I hope we can get more information about them, like how they maintain their territory since they seems never stay in one place, just like shanks crew. Or more WBP member interactions, the flashback doesn't enough for me, I want more.
