General & Others Yonko crew: the Red-Hair Pirates

There isn't much to say, given how little we've seen of them in the series. I guess from the onset, they're your idealized "good pirates." The type who prefer partying than pillaging.

Their crew makeup is also tailored similarly to the Roger Pirates and Strawhat Pirates. Valuing quality crewmembers who each bring something unique and crucial to the crew's success. These aren't like other Emperor crews which have many disposable cannon fodder.

And that's great, but we've yet to explore the members that make the crew up. We're clearly building towards when the Strawhats meet with them as equals. However, that day is still not here.

Shanks is obviously the one we've the most insight on, but even he's relatively mysterious. His most stand out characteristics being he's a man who prefers peaceful resolutions, as well as a silly disposition, not unlike his late captain and Luffy.

All in all, I'm excited for when they are the focus, but for now, I'm mostly neutral to them.

Extremely stoked for when we get to really see them in action/learn more about them, pretty impressed by what little we have seen of them, very obvious that Oda wants us to view them as the largest (but friendliest) obstacle to overcome, at least in terms of reputation if not in a fight, in Luffy’s quest to become Pirate King. Usopp’s story is tied directly to them as well, so they’re clearly going to be crucial to the plot...but since they haven’t been so far, it’s hard to really judge them fairly, like @KiriNigiri said. I’ve always been intrigued by Shanks himself, it’ll be really nice when we get more than a couple panels of him at a time.

My favorite yonko crew definitely.

Shanks seems like a chill guy who party a lot. He also cares for his nakama and has a funny personality.

I think it's cool that they are Luffy childhood heroes.

I also like their ship which is red colored. The ship design is badass imo

I like them but there's so much we don't know, and there are some sinister implications, such as when they say they're no saints, plus Shanks' unexplained worldwide influence. Oda is gonna drop a bomb on us someday regarding this crew.

Most legendary crew nowadays and that's why a chance it's still the strongest

Badass captain. Imagine if he had two arms and a DF, he would be above Roger level

What are your thoughts on the pirate crew captained by Red-Hair "Akagami" Shanks, the pirate who inspired Luffy to become a pirate and who has mysterious ties to the WG.

What do you like or dislike about this crew ? Do you find them interesting ? Who's your favorite Red-Hair Pirate ?
I think the most interesting part is how not only Luffy, but also Usopp have massive tie-ins and plotlines that will converge with the red-hairs. No other crew has anything close to this in terms of relationships

I like them, they have been seen as party loving pirates, and so far we only see them mostly from luffy perspective that they are the good pirates. But I guess I want to see them in real battle, and how could shanks can easily meet gorosei even during reverie. I hope we can see more of them soon.
