You still don't get it.

Zoro was fighting Killer at a low level. He never used a name (1 or 2 sword style) attacks until the very end of the battle. When he did use a name attack, he destroyed Killer. The cards tells us it was a complete victory over Killer.

It was poisonous food and hunger that made Zoro fall. That only occurred because Oda needed to develop Zoro's relationship with Hiyori.
