Powers & Abilities You apparently don't need ACoC to defeat a Yonkou

Kidd and law are both going to defeat Big L without any needance of ACoC..

Looks like Big L either is too weak to be called a yonkou or you simply don't need this ability.

That would also explain why admiraLs can face yonkous if they don't have CoC. (I know sengoku has it, but the others doesn't have it confirmed).

so my current thoughts are these in terms of kaido who is the wsc and has so many buffs to his defenses barrier haki,dragon scales, and probably awakening powers which make him more durable (idk if passive or not) he requires adv coc to be truly damaged otherwise he will just shrug off pretty much any damage as it will be to shallow that being said you would need someone with adv coc to fight him fully sure u can hurt him with adv ryou but thats not enough so someone like ie.luffy,zoro, and if u wanna take this to the marines then sengoku and possibly akainu since my headcannon says he will have it since sengoku has it ...as for big mom who is durable and a "iron ballon" she is durable but no way near as durable as kaido that being said sure she can take a lot of damage but someone like kidd,law,3 admirals would be able to take her and in regards to the admirals hell maybe in a 1v1 but most def in a 2v1 it would be no diff then kidd and law jumping her so for me thats how i'm looking at it and not to just bring the marines in the convo but i just think with what we are seeing from luffy,kidd,and law right now the marines are def looking impressive for the future to come

First Kid and co can't invade BM territory
Then Kaido one shots Luffy

Now BM can't defeat two people who can't use any form of adv haki

Kaido can one shot gear 4 but can't take down base Luffy

You dont need one specific ability to do anything. Top tiers also fall under the matchup principle, albeit on a higher level.
Luffy needed FS to defeat a specific high tier, does it mean he needs it for every high tier? No, it obviously helps, but csn be compensated with different abilities (more speed, AoE).
