The user has access to an object that grants them primordial powers. From artifacts to implements to source material of a particular prime nature, the wielder can attain potent supernatural abilities related to a primal force or even gain enhancements to existing abilities.
Some primordial items are actually derived from the physical material of a particular primeval power. The substance is inherently supernatural and can pass its unique qualities on to the user. Others can enable a user the ability to tap into the essence of a prototypal entity, potentially potentially channeling its force (Primordial Symbiosis). There are other objects that grant almighty dominion over an ancient essence; however the method, the user could attain godlike power, provided they are not overwhelmed by its nature.

Tbh you should choose more haxed characters, maybe not from HST. It would be interesting to see what superpower I would gain to fight against Universe, Multi-Universe and Outerverse busters/warpers/magicians/deities/entities and etc. It would be hard to choose tho, there are many of them. Because otherwise there are too many superpowers to utterly stomp the whole HST at once.
