At the end of WCI I was sure that after Luffy trolled BM left and right (beat Cracker and Kata and also stole her road poneglyph) while she was embarrassing herself, the chapter where BM come back to her senses and started that song that meant she meant business and so Oda had to fuck up and that was the last panel with the Sunny supposedly destroyed. I expected almost a Sabaody 2.0 with maybe even a guest dead, like Carrot, or something like that. But Oda surprised me in negative but at least it prepared the readers before Wano.
1. Brook will fight WsW, Usopp will fight P1, Chopper will fight Perospero - I thought Oda had at least some respect for these characters
2. Apoo, Hawkins, and Drake will fight the Yonko - I didn’t expect Oda to turn 3 Supernova into irrelevant, fodder tertiary characters
3. Kaido will have Awakening - I thought the KING OF BEASTS would have Zoan Awakening

The F6 would get up and have awakening, turns out no BP had awakening
In retrospect when you look back they all did pretty well Hawkins especially he fought 3 of the rooftop 5 and captured 1
Drake lost to guernica who tanked bloodlusted kaido and who had higher authority than lucci (who could debately be stronger)
Apoo survived hits from Kid and Zoro while also being able to still fight cp0 and get away pretty unaffected

For Wano, I legit thought Sanji is gonna have round 2 against Page One. But Oda is more of a Sanji fanboy than me so it didn't happen.....
I also thought the Marines and Marco Pirates don't come to Wano either.
Outside of Wano, folks thought Bobbins was Big Mom's first mate so I hop on the wank train, until Sanji one shots him.

My biggest Two Piece moment was thinking that Luffy will have a representative of each race in his crew (to my defense, I knew only of humans, giants and fishmen and minks at that point), so I was surprised when dwarfs didn't join... and then Tottoland happened 
Another Two Piece moment is me being legit sure that Yamato would get over Oden's wank and sail Sunny. Oh well

I am a Two Piece reader because I believed that Kaido and Big Mom vs WG was going to be a team effort throughout. I also believed that Luffy was going to defeat Kaido, however, Kaido would awaken with Luffy being too tired to do anything else. Then Zoro would protect Luffy by slaying dragon Kaido over the capital. Finally, I believed in a high diff Sanji vs King aerial battle.
