Btw here FI&PH stuff that Oda could easily exploit for this fight but is better to keep Ussop and co too weak,not even be able to deal with fodder as showcased in the most recent chapter.
"Cannot have Ussop do anything worthwhile now though because I still need to have material for Elbaf"(I hope he has something for there at least. )

Now even tho i agree straw hats should have been learning some real stuff(especially usopp and chopper) i dont really see how this is bad.
Nami is a player,a con artist,a thief. And thats exactly how she got her power up,she played zeus like a flute and repeatedly robbed big mom like a 1930,s chicago whore going into the clients pockets. Her power up fits her character perfectly.
