Fujitora could either be an ally, or fall to Cross Guild. No guarantee he's a Straw Hat match-up imo

Yes this is a possibility. My opinion also is a possibility. We discuss here about possibilities. So imo it's less possible for Zoro to defeat both Shanks and Mihawk, both Kizaru and Fuji etc. I hope Oda choose wisely and all the fandoms will be pleased lol

I think some Zoro/Shanks interactions would be nice but Luffy reuniting with his idol with take the focus and will be much more satisfying. Zoro has Mihawk to aspire to beat, their interactions will be cool when they face off but Shanks is Luffy has more reason to get focus when the time comes.
