I've been thinking if luffy fight with big mom and zoro vs kaido will happen but they will be zombei. If you see they are near pluton and it's very likely than BB will find the ship and them. So they could return but in zombei form.
For me I hope don't happen because they aren't good characters and these fights should have already happened but now they are better character like Mihawk or BB.
But what do you think? think will happen and Would you like it?

Kaido's Zombie probably just wants to die in a suicidal battle
and Big Mom's zombie might just want to protect people
