Tbh i think Zoro haven't shown his Arc Power-Up yet
Luffy's Power Up completely changed him & it gave a new version of him
Same thing happened with Sanji, he went through a very major body change
But Zoro simply learned to use his CoC, which is something not out of ordinary, it's just part of his training
However with this new Shinigami Sub-Plot, this might be his Life Chaning PU
Luffy has always being ridiculous, Sanji has always being protective & heroic while Zoro has always challenged death
So Oda is basically giving them Power-Ups that lets them do what they have always being doing but on a limitless level
Sanji now can protect better than ever, Luffy can fight ridiculously as much as he likes, so Zoro's PU should be related to death
What if Zoro unlocks a form (Asura Perfected) where he takes revenge on those who almost killed him, it's like he becomes a warrior who would trade his life for his opponent's lives, transferring damage into power
This concept was shown when Zoro cut himself against Cabaji, when he was struggling to survive against King, when he almost died against Mr. 1 & then discovered how to beat him, when he fought Mihawk, when he took Luffy's Damage in Thriller Bark, when Arlong saw his Scar, when he decided to face Hakai, when he defeated Killer after getting stabbed & using Killer's Weapon, when he uses Asura only when he is at his limit ... etc
The idea is that Zoro reaches his Peak when he is close to Death or Abandons his Life or take Revenge on those who almost killed him.
This is why Zoro's Major PU (Like Sun God DF & Sanji's Germa Body) can only come through Death itself, hence why we have a Shinigami Sub-Plot for him now
Remember Urouge? His Bounty was 108 because it referenced the Number from Buddhism which represents all the temptations that you must endure to reach nirvana (It's also the reason why Zoro had 1080 Pound Canon Attack), what DF did Oda choose for Buddhist Urouge?
He chose a DF that transfers Damage into Muscle
This is why i believe that Zoro's Willpower is so overwhelming (Such as Asura) that it transfers Damage to feed itself, gaining more Willpower or shall i say Haki! Making him The Swordsman who gets stronger the more he fights & suffers (This concept exists in Japanese Culture too, when people seek to become the best, they start to only get stronger from fighting, i'm talking about Characters like Garou, Flashy Flash, Hisoka ... etc, they even returned stronger after near death experiences such as Garou & Hisoka, it's a common belief among Japanese)
I even remember that there is a thread where people asked which DF fits Zoro most & most people said it's Urouge's DF
And i think that's the path Oda is taking here, those eastern religions are all about enduring & coming back better
Zoro will die, but his overwhelming willpower gonna bring him back by transferring all that damage into power/haki bringing Zoro back for one final attack against Kaidou, which is the Moon & Toki's Prophecy. (Not sure after that though, it will definitely have limitations & drawbacks)
