Tbh i think Zoro haven't shown his Arc Power-Up yet
Luffy's Power Up completely changed him & it gave a new version of him
Same thing happened with Sanji, he went through a very major body change
But Zoro simply learned to use his CoC, which is something not out of ordinary, it's just part of his training
However with this new Shinigami Sub-Plot, this might be his Life Chaning PU

Luffy has always being ridiculous, Sanji has always being protective & heroic while Zoro has always challenged death
So Oda is basically giving them Power-Ups that lets them do what they have always being doing but on a limitless level

Sanji now can protect better than ever, Luffy can fight ridiculously as much as he likes, so Zoro's PU should be related to death
What if Zoro unlocks a form (Asura Perfected) where he takes revenge on those who almost killed him, it's like he becomes a warrior who would trade his life for his opponent's lives, transferring damage into power

This concept was shown when Zoro cut himself against Cabaji, when he was struggling to survive against King, when he almost died against Mr. 1 & then discovered how to beat him, when he fought Mihawk, when he took Luffy's Damage in Thriller Bark, when Arlong saw his Scar, when he decided to face Hakai, when he defeated Killer after getting stabbed & using Killer's Weapon, when he uses Asura only when he is at his limit ... etc

The idea is that Zoro reaches his Peak when he is close to Death or Abandons his Life or take Revenge on those who almost killed him.
This is why Zoro's Major PU (Like Sun God DF & Sanji's Germa Body) can only come through Death itself, hence why we have a Shinigami Sub-Plot for him now

Remember Urouge? His Bounty was 108 because it referenced the Number from Buddhism which represents all the temptations that you must endure to reach nirvana (It's also the reason why Zoro had 1080 Pound Canon Attack), what DF did Oda choose for Buddhist Urouge?
He chose a DF that transfers Damage into Muscle

This is why i believe that Zoro's Willpower is so overwhelming (Such as Asura) that it transfers Damage to feed itself, gaining more Willpower or shall i say Haki! Making him The Swordsman who gets stronger the more he fights & suffers (This concept exists in Japanese Culture too, when people seek to become the best, they start to only get stronger from fighting, i'm talking about Characters like Garou, Flashy Flash, Hisoka ... etc, they even returned stronger after near death experiences such as Garou & Hisoka, it's a common belief among Japanese)

I even remember that there is a thread where people asked which DF fits Zoro most & most people said it's Urouge's DF
And i think that's the path Oda is taking here, those eastern religions are all about enduring & coming back better

Zoro will die, but his overwhelming willpower gonna bring him back by transferring all that damage into power/haki bringing Zoro back for one final attack against Kaidou, which is the Moon & Toki's Prophecy. (Not sure after that though, it will definitely have limitations & drawbacks)

All of their power ups involved increasing their weapon which then increases their power
Zoro got a stronger sword (Enma) which lead to a boost in his fighting style (3 sword style -> KOH 3 Sword Style)

Sanji got a stronger Body which lead to a boast in his fighting style (Diable Jamba -> Ifrit Jambe)

Luffy got a stronger ability with his devil fruit which lead to a boost in his fighting style (Gear 2/3/4 -> Gear 5)

I do think zoro will get a new power up as well, but it’ll just be a black blade, I don’t think it’ll be anything life changing.

Zoro didn't get a Stronger Sword, he himself got Stronger thanks to Enma's Nature
It's like Enma was telling him "Get stronger or i'm gonna kill you", doesn't mean the Sword is better than Shusui

However it seems Zoro is still missing something
Sanji first Unlocked his Germa Genes & then he Unlocked Power-Up which is Ifrit Jambe (His Fighting Style)
Even after Sanji's New Body, he was still using Diable Jambe but with Upgraded Stats, Ifrit Jambe came later as a Power-Up
Ifrit Jambe also represents the Potential of his Diable Jambe which he first showed in Enies Lobby

The Majority of Luffy's Fight was also Pre-Gear 5, where he was using Same Techniques but all Upgraded, he even gave them New Names, such as Over Kong Gun & Hydra ... etc) & Kaidou was already telling us that Luffy's DF is not Paramecia, but then he discovered the Peak of his Gears by Awakening his DF & Unlocking Gear 5

Think of it this way:

1. Sanji had Raid Suit ---> Zoro had Enma Training ---> Luffy had Udon Training
2. Sanji hated Raid Suit ---> Zoro was being Nerfed by Enma ---> Luffy's Udon Training wasn't Enough at all ---> They all Semi-Lost
3. Sanji Unlocked Germa Genes ---> Zoro Unlocked CoC Coating ---> Luffy Unlocked CoC Coating ---> All their Stats got Boosted

The only difference is that Sanji couldn't defeat Queen with Hells Memories Post-Upgrade & Luffy couldn't defeat Kaidou with Over Kong Gun Post-Upgrade but Zoro did defeat King with his Upgraded Santoryu.

After that, Zoro meets Shinigami/Death, Sanji sees Queen going after a Girl, Luffy gets annoyed by Drunken Kaidou who fights in a Rediculous Way, they are truly Scenes that Parallel each other

Sanji who thought he was the one who attacked that Girl is seeing Queen do it
Luffy who fights in a Ridiculous Way is getting beat by an Opponent who acts Ridiculously
Zoro who always pushes himself to the limits & just called himself King of Hell is finally meeting Death itself

It's not coincidence that Queen had all Germa Powers & that Kaidou & Luffy resembled each other so much (And Oda keeps drawing them looking at each other non-stop as if it's a Mirror & then made Kaidou gets Drunk to fight in a funny way) & Zoro King of Hell is witnessing a Shinigami ... etc

Sanji's Scenario led to him Upgrading his Ifrit Jambe (His Signature Technique from Enies Lobby)
Luffy's Scenario led to him Upgrading is Gears (His Signature Technique from Enies Lobby)
Zoro's Scenario is still ongoing & he didn't Upgrade his Asura (Which was first seen in Enies Lobby)

Not everything has to be Copy-Paste, for example Luffy was declared Loser, while Zoro & Sanji didn't have such Moment
But the Key Elements are still the same, it's just that they happen under different Order & Different Circumstances

In other words:

Raid Suit = Enma = Udon Training
Germa Body = Unlocked CoC = Unlocked CoC
Hell Memories (Didn't work) = Zoro's Final Attack on King (Worked) = Luffy's Final Over Kong Gun (Got Interrupted)
Ifrit Jambe = ??? (Should be Upgraded Asura or Black Sword) = Gear 5

I think you’re reorganizing the fight structure:
Exoskeleton = Enma = Haki Upgrades
Ifrit Jambe = KOH = Gear 5

Sanji was getting nerfed by the Exoskeleton at first as his body wasn’t moving as he liked nor was he able to concentrate on the fight

Zoro was getting nerfed by Enma part way through the King fight as the sword was sucking his power

Sanji accepted his new body and used it to awaken a new power - IJ

Zoro accepted his role with this sword and used it to awaken a new power - King of Hell

The raid suit was nothing more than a red herring.

Dude, Luffy's Haki Training was "Before" Raid
Sanji's Raid Suit was given to him "Before" Raid
And Zoro received Enma "Before" Raid
These are not their PUs, they were just Tools that would pave way for their Next Discovery

The First Real PU came in the Form of Stats Boost
Exoskeleton Upgraded all of Sanji's Stats making all his Attacks Stronger (He was still using Diable Jambe after this Update)
CoC Upgraded all of Zoro's Stats making his Attacks Stronger
CoC Upgraded all of Luffy's Stats making his Attacks Stronger

The only difference is that Zoro gave his New Boost & Techniques a New Name, while Luffy only gave his Attacks a New Name & Sanji didn't give a New Name to neither (Mostly cuz he wasn't proud of the New Change in him)

And after these Boosts, they all showed an Upgraded Version of one of their Strongest Attacks
Sanji used "Hells Memories' after Exoskeleton PU
Luffy used "Over Kong Gun" after CoC PU
Zoro used "103 Emotions Finisher" after CoC PU

But Sanji later on still Unlocked a New Upgrade which is Ifrit Jambe, Luffy Unlocked Gear 5
And Zoro New Upgrade is coming soon

So it's very simple, for last time:

Sanji received Raid Suit & then Exoskeleton & then Ifrit Jambe
Luffy received Haki Training & then CoC Coating & then Gears 5
Zoro received Enma & then CoC Coating & then ???

Your mistake is that you're counting KOH & CoC Coating as Two Different PUs for Zoro when they are the same & one
Luffy also got his entire Attacks Upgraded when he learned CoC Coating, but we count it as Single PU, not Two
