He showed everything from TS and that's why he got Enma and training to grow stronger.

Now Oda is pairing Enma Zoro with Killer as rivals.

He was never stronger than or equal to Luffy after TS or else Oda won't group him with Sanji or with Killer who are both not even equal to pre fs luffy . Oda would have grouped him with Law or Kidd in this arc.

Timeskip training :

• Luffy showed G4 and redhawk
• Zoro showed improved versions of his attacks
• Sanji showed HM , DJ cross and improved DJ attacks
• Then Luffy got FS and Adcoa , Zoro got Enma and Sanji got RS.

Without their PUs:

• G4 Luffy ~ Marco/King/Doffy at best.
• Zoro ~ Law /Jack/Pero
• Sanji >~ Oven/Daifuku

If Zoro doesn't show Ashura in this arc then Ashusa doesn't exists anymore or Oda retconned it.
You can't compare Enma Zoro to DR zoro...wano zoro trained and has enma, he is above DR Zoro.
And he doesn't have Penetration haki.
He's relying on Enma not haki!! Just like sanji relying on RS nowadays while Luffy relies on FS and ryuo.

Plus Zoro also had more stuff since ttimeskip with Enma and Flame Slice.

He literally opened his sentence saying Ashura not there. Ashura is a sword style not just 1 move

Anyway I'm not sure at this point (if he doesn't use this new move vs King later) since he put his everything on Asura to take down Kaido. I don't follow your reasoning.

I'll take the L on Asura, but it's stil literally just one move. So he showed 99% of everything. It's one thing if he's spamming new moves (and the new moves we know he learned post Timeskip), so yeah. He did show virtually everything. The OP is correct, we had seen Zoro at 95% strength at the very least.

Enma is most likely merely a training tool:

Zoro whilst attempting to tame Enma said: "Give it back to me" obviously referring to his general energy and also haki after his arm had shrunk in size. However I believe it's extensively unlikely that Enma is capable to permanently store these even if the user wished to, and eventually the energy would be converted to another form, and regardless Oden's arms were normal before he died. Kaido talks about presence, not even haki, and swords are living objects canonically, eventually Enma simply stored his memories, but that has to be proven later on.

Also I believe that the black blade is decidedly not about storing haki in the sword, but eventually render it particularly hard without storing it, since Zoro failed to cut up Monet.
