That doesn't make any sense because Zoro consistently using against Kings without any issues.

When King try to blitz Zoro, he blocked King's attack, coated demon splitter with ACoC in an instant and countered King's attack.

At the end of Zoro's battle against King he released overwhelming ACoC haki. Dragons style is when he is using overwhelming ACoC haki. KoH is when he is using overwhelming CoA haki with ACoC haki.

All that is CoA

He used CoA and can't use aCoC.

The guy didn't even realize he had CoC when he attacked Kaido, it's unlikely he learned aCoC in such a short period of time.

That was ACoC. King confirm he has CoC.

It's irrelevant if Zoro didn't realize he had CoC against Kaido. The skills to coat attacks with CoA can be applied to coat attacks with CoC. Luffy learn how to code his attacks with CoC from remembering his CoA training from Udon.
