Luffy is the MC no Luffy no Story. Fighting in One Piece for Luffy has always been a fight with ideals not overcoming obstacles such as breaking steels destroying walls mountains. It was never the focus for his fights only ideals.

Zoro is the one in the story who struggles with said obstacles i mentioned above and all his progress on the story including Asura was testament against the Two Yonkos this arc. He Endures for Luffy's Sake "Hakai and conscious Zoro" "Rangarok and sleeping Luffy". While Luffy leads his way. Wano has become a wake up call for Zoro and it was his 1st Arc he fights the Major guy i wonder why.

Nami is the one that explains the journey and is the one to always give details of how the Seas works and she was the focus of getting to Major Locations in the story and the one to make it happen that Luffy reaches his Laugh Tale.

Now Robin and all the rests of the SH are important and KEY to Luffy's success to achieve his GOAL. Even Sanji is important but sadly you might disagree. Read the story again you might get a hint on why Luffy "can't become King of the Pirates without Sanji".

Now here is the correction for you to understand that without his CREW Luffy cannot Push the story:-

Ever since Kuma separated them. Luffy has been pushed around going with the flow but keeps falling short again and again and again. He couldn't fight to save he couldn't move around without stumbling on his head. No plans no support. But ONLY one thing that kept him going and that my friend is his quality of charisma and his will to challenge the IDEALS infront of him that kept making people help him but he still fell short in the end. Oda made sure to TELL you that when JIMBE a future CREW member woke Luffy UP to realize that he has friend that can support him. The whole flashback thing with Jimbe and Ace was ace telling him that Luffy has friends who can support him and he no longer needs to worry about Luffy because of them.

Now go back to Arlong Park which was in the Prologue of the Story where Luffy outrights tells you he can't.
Use Swords - Navigate - Cook - Or lie. BUT he can beat Arlong and his fight with him was an idea vs idea.

You dont give here any explanation why nami and zoro are main protagonist, they are important to the story like all strewhats to help luffy achieve his dream but the story is not about them directly, its them getting their dreams come true because they joined luffy, zoro would not become wss if not luffy, sanji would not find all blue without luffy etc etc... therefore the protagonist is luffy who moves the story but his crew helps him, also it seems u trying to push and agenda with the zoro point, a lot of strewhats sacrificed stuff for luffy, zoro fought the yonko because he is a supernova not to move the plot forward that was luffy, killer and zoro do not have the same importance yet they both fought on rooftop

What do you mean lol. I literally explained why they are a secondary MC next to Luffy. I will do it in a "simple" way for you to understand.

One Piece = message - fighting - mystery etc etc

Pushing a Zoro agenda. Sadly i am not doing any of that all i did was pointing out what Zoro is and what he Does. I used the recent of what happened in Wano to show you that him being a fighter is what Luffy needs in order to keep going. And all his fights in the story is a build up to something. He balances out Luffy in many ways. In a series as heavy as One Piece with all those Strong Foes around even Luffy can't keep up that enters Zoro to fix that problem for him in a way to make sense. But now in Wano he finally accepts his role as not just anyone but a King of Hell to the Sun God/King of the Sun. Wano is important to the history of One Piece and having a fighter that can protect and fight anything is important to the Story so Luffy can't lose again and again.

Nami as i said is the one that provides details solves mysterious and is the one that make their travel as safe as possible. In a world that is built the same as the OP verse the harsh Seas and the Calm Belt Luffy isn't the character for that role its Nami her dream is just as important because in the bigger picture she will be the one to discover where/how and how to fix and solve the mystery of the grandline.

Luffy is the 1st MC the story revolves around him "the message". BUT Zoro and Nami are his second in the story so they are the secondary MC.

Nah I wouldn’t even say that….. Zoro doesn’t get anywhere near the treatment Sasuke got from kishi. Sasuke is one of a kind, I have yet to see a #2 character get the portrayal/ focus that Sasuke got in the Naruto series.

If anything Sanji is closer to being Vegeta with how much of a hype tool he can be at times for main antagonists.
