Sanji met a very specific and uncommon section of the LGBT community where they were hellbent on grooming him and hurting him until he became one of them, but that doesn't reflect the views of the actually good and sensible people in that community which there are presumably many of.

If I'm to believe the SJWs, they are their gender to the point of feeling like they're in the wrong body..
