1. The zoro part. I think Zoro is the tiger. The mythology of the tiger and dragon is famous. So I think if we follow the saboady order and zoros the last chapter. Zoro will get a short solo fight with kaido. Each chapter so far like the chopper chapter and Robin chapter have been them getting their own big moment and them appearing for only a short period in the chapter.
I think Zoro will get a short solo fight with kaido on the roof which leads to him cutting kaido deep( not oden deep just yet) but zoro will cut kaido deep enough to where he aknowledges him instead of enma the sword and that odens aura bullshit.
2. @ReggieZoldyck21 found this out ( I’m pretty sure it was him). Kidd appears in 824 beat up by kaido in the cell. In 924 luffy and Kidd meet after 2 years. So is it possibly that chapter 1024 is a kidd chapter or a kidd+luffy chapter? Maybe a conquered clash or maybe both attacking kaido/ big mom and getting the spot light.
3. overall I think Kidd law and killer will also get their own chapters. The alliance members are getting their chapters so it’s not really crazy that law kidd and killer get their own chapter. People like hygoro got their own chapter. If this is the case I can see 1024 being a kidd chapter.
