Sanji has been shown to be able to lead and even become friends with very unlikely people even enemies. Whether it's gin, g5, duval, the vinsmoke, etc hes been able to sway them in one way or another in that they want to help. Dude even got kinemon a very self respected samurai to go on his needs lol. After luffy sanji has definitely be shown to be able to gather the most allies and help. Sanji is even likley gonna lead germa in the future in some way or another

Zoro is more like ray and/or mihawk lone wolves for the most part that do their own shit. That doesn't mean he's not able to be level headed and give good advice but thats less of him being a leader but a really great right hand. Without the crew zoro would most likely be for the most part alone doing him like again both ray and mihawk

-Having confidence to speak up even if what you are saying is controversial
There is where Zoro beats Sanji every single time. While Sanji may have social intelligence of Zoro to be aware of what is the right thing to do (sometime Sanji doesn't even have that), he really doesn't speak up like a leader should.
In Water 7 although Sanji agreed with Zoro regarding not letting Usopp in without apology, he wasn't the first to speak up, it was Zoro and Sanji only agreed with Zoro.
It was Zoro who told Chopper to go inside if he can't see what is going on and not Sanji. Talking about Chopper, while Chopper was crying like a lil bitch, it was Zoro who made him realize what it is like to be a pirate in Foxy Arc and not Sanji.

This is the biggest load of bullocks ive read. Like you dont have any feats of Zoro leading so you say all this shit. But nah this part takes the cake. Apparently Sanji doesnt have confidence to speak out.

Heres Sanji speaking out about Luffy vs Usopp.

Not controversial enough ??

Here we have Sanji telling Chopper and everyone else not to heal Usopp.

Seems like your boy is listening lmao.

Sanji looks unsettled in all of those panels , while zoro the true leader is composed and speaking facts and this isn’t a isolated incident as he has the same conversation in zou about Sanji

Sanji aint shit. He saw ussop and robin do two things and did the exact same thing himself and caused the crew trouble with a yonko alliance. The only difference is zoro wasnt there when sanji disrespected luffy like he was with ussop and luffy broke down crying like a bitch begging him. Exactly what zoro stopped him doing after the ussop fight.

Also ima say it. Wano.
Zoro said by the time luffy got back hed already have samurai following him. And while they definitely did follow and chase him it wasn't in the way any of us excepted lol.
Also zoro wasn't shown at all leading the moss hats in a similar way to how sanji lead the curly hats. It was more of kinemon job than anything and each of them was doing their own shit. And honestly that isn't bad because for the most part zoro really is a to himself type of guy. And again that isnt bad and it doesn't mean he cant help bring reality and seriousness to a situation.

While he's got close to yasu and hiyori two important people thats pretty much it. Tho in do think he'll be able to lead some more samurai by the end of the arc especially for attacking orochi on stream. But that doesn't automatically mean hes better than sanji at it tho zoro's obviously a very respectable guy

So you have to be composed to be a leader:pepeke:

Here ya go.

- Speaks out
- Composed
- Controversial Topic of trusting Jinbe
- Also a badass moment

Some people: Zoro would make a bad leader because he’s dumb1!1!1

Oda:
Has Zoro be the one to suggest the ‘X’ strategy to counter Mr 2’s deception

Has Zoro remind the entire crew on Zou that they cannot commit their entire force to fight another yonko, listing the logical chain of events and persuading them to his point of view.

Has Zoro identify Orlumbus and King Elizabello as having the most useful abilities and devises a plan to take out Pica, thus saving the Riku royal family.

Now that we know that Kinemon, Kanjuro and Kawamatsu served directly under Oden, it is even more impressive that Kinemon followed Zoro’s lead on Dressrosa and on PH when Zoro attempted to ride the dragon. Likewise, Kawamatsu, who survived on nothing but poisoned food for 13 years was impressed by Zoro’s willpower and strength. Zoro becoming a leader to the samurai is all but set in stone at this point, with full mastery of Enma demonstrating his worthiness and his potential to surpass Oden and Ryuma.

I honestly dont understand why they fond it so hard to think of Sanji as better leader. He has more experience, more feats, and it makes sense as Sanji's defining feature is his kindness that makes people follow him.

When we met Zoro he was a loner pirate hunter. When we met Sanji he was second in command of the Baratie.
When we met Sanji he didn’t win a fight in his own introductory arc 20 years later he duplicated that feat in the year of Sanji. No one wants to read a cartoon about a man baking cakes brah🗑
