General & Others Zoro or Sanji? Who is a better leader

And of course some people is definitely gonna vote for Zoro
If only it applies to the Zoro vs Sanji thread though
Pre Zou arc, I would have said Zoro but Zou proved just how terrible of a leader Zoro would be.
If he started a crew, it will end as badly as the Rocks Pirates falling appart from the inside out.
Zoro is good at fighting but is a completely and utter failure when it comes to anything social.
Zoro is a meathead( this is good to have on a crew), atleast 1. This is a warrior that is the trigger man for the Captain.
Sanji is a better leader than Zoro as he is more in tune with the emotions of other people, and is more tactical in his approach.
Baratie Arc shows some of Sanji's leadership skills.

People are in awe of zoro and questioning if zoro is just a crew to luffy.

Even fodders don't know who judge's son is. The difference in portrayal is just too different.

Sanji is the better leader for sure, he knows how to reach the crews' pathos and he's led the crew so many times it's honestly impressive. He's always the defacto captain when Luffy isn't available and fuck it, even when Luffy is there Sanji takes control of the situation as he's much more level headed and rational than Luffy and Zoro who only know how to punch and cut their way through. Sanji has saved the crews' ass several times and has led factions by himself completely. Zoro is a good Vice Captain, but Sanji is by far a way better leader.
