If Zoro has all of the above blackened then most likely yes.

I wouldn't underestimate Shanks' meito, Gryphon, especially if it is indeed the sword that once belong to the late Pirate King, Gol D. Roger!

Obviously not... prob forth strongest unless new powerful top tier swordsmen appear which is unlikely although I have to say it’s disappointing how he reached that high without actually fighting strong swordsman even during a samurai based arc.
