Speculations Zoro, Sanji and Usopp are to be named Luffy’s senior Officers within the crew

Usopp never commanded shit tho, what makes him senior?
in fact the only ones who ever commanded the crew besides Luffy in even the most "diluted" form are Sanji, Nami (although mostly comedically) and Zoro ever sorted by frequency and scale
