This feat doesnt hype Zoro's reaction speed above FS users, however blocking Hakai it hypes his physical strength and hardening specifically, as well as shows Zoro's willingness to scarfice his life for the sake of the others.

You mean be fast enough to overcome Katakuri's FS?

All we know is that Zoro will probably manage to land attacks on Hybrid Kaido without being helped later on, and in general possibly not be blitzed as much as pre Udon Luffy did in Boundman. Hybrid Kaido is probably faster than Base Kaido.

I have a hard time believing that Current Zoro's combat speed isn't better than Pre Udon Luffy's in G4 Boundman, so he can most likely break through Kata's FS.
