Powers & Abilities Zoro : The Dark Horse of One Piece ?

There's no fucking way you lot would not excuse Zoro for getting attacked by someone while in a direct clash with another character.

I'm 100% sure you would not require a character to actually hold Zoro down unable to move, to call someone else going at him at the same time an unfair / sneak attack.
The fact you are in a clash doesn't mean you can't dodge a third force interrupting it, as long as your direction isn't messed up. It depends on direction.

My man, he was fighting someone else and then Zoro cut him.

We don't need to pull out the detective gear and look into angles and shit.

Oda could have wrote it as Zoro having a clean 1 vs 1 with Apoo but he did not, the intention is clear.

Just try to picture it with a different character than Zoro, i'm not trying to shit talk him in any way with this, it's just that obvious.

Real life physics don't necessarily apply to the One Piece verse, however in this circumstance nothing suggests they should not since it's pretty common in manga to dodge a third force coming into play whilst you are opposing another force. You need to jump and / or interrupt your former enemy by opposing force on the opposite angle. It's not that daunting as a task.

Just leave the "Zoro advocate" mode and be honest with this, attacking someone when he's fighting someone else is not the same as fighting that someone 1 vs 1.

It's impressive if you manage to dodge in spite of fighting someone else, but it does not indicate that you would be unable to in proper 1 vs 1 fight.

That's the whole reason Oda had Apoo fight X Drake while that happened.

Oda is in control here, he could have made it so that it was a clean 1 vs 1, but he did not want to draw it that way, and that means something.

Postvtimeskip Zoro is boring for me. A character that doesn't seem to stuggle with anything is not fun to read about. Zoro has no goals besides beating Mihawk now, which is at the end of the series. Until then, he's more wasted that anything. Dressrosa was a prime example of that. Zoro had some cool moments but ended up doing nothing for the plot.
