CSM looks too hax going by current manga feats. I don't even see how he's meant to die tbh, his regeneration and durability are off the charts.
CSM extreme diffs Zoro due to Zoro's own resilience and CoA haki. It would be long drawn out and bloody battle, but the chainsaw edges out a win.
Meanwhile, Katana man dies getting caught in the crossfire.

It was supposed to be dependent on blood yes, however I'm not too sure after reading the latest chapters. It seemed as though his powers have eclipsed what they were previously, including his already massive regen.
Due to this, I would say the only plausible way Denji dies is via suffocation or maybe his heart gets nuked out of exsistance. I can't see him dying any other way.
While fighting multiple devilmans similar to himself, he gets flung into space in hopes that he dies of suffocation.
As he's stuck in space with no way to move forward, Denji decides to remove his own heart and pitches it back like a baseball through the atmosphere. His heart is then able to not only survive the re-entry (through all the heat, pressure ,etc) but also fully revive and regenerate into himself with zero drawbacks or power loss. Don't know how much of this he could do, but he wasn't dependent on blood here.
