The thing with Captain Marvel is she can get stronger at will
Thanos at first can hold up for like 5 second and even throw her away, then she comes back and this man CANT DO ANYTHING
Captain marvel can change how strong she is at will. Its likely we STILL havent seen her at full power so again, there’s no gauge here. Captain marvel is stronger than Thanos and he required an infinity stone to hold her off.
And the thing with thor and star, first of all, Thor was going to die from that... Like he didnt really tank it if he was dying from it afterwards, and secondly, there’s an argument to be made that Zoro’s 3000 worlds is STILL stronger than the radiatiom from the star there

Ultron's lasers are quite slow, below bullet speed even. Look at this clip where quicksilver runs around in speed-time, you can see Ultron's beams travelling quite slowly.
I don't think MCU Thanos is bullet speed. Thanos is only a bit faster than Cap/Hulk/Thor, and Quicksilver is much faster than Cap/Thor/Hulk.
Even Wanda was blocking his attacks in Endgame, and Wanda has only normal human reactions.

But Quicksilver is even MUCH faster than bullets
Do you remember that scen where he sees a bullet go past him when he was caught off guard? Like even when he is barely paying attention, bullet speed is slow, and now whem he’s actuallt running, laser beams are slow
So it seems to me lasers are still faster than bullets given Quicksilver can react to bullets even without paying attention to them

Thanos sent some big meteors to Iron man : Iron man was caught by a 50 meters meteor. Iron man had barely no damages. Yet Thanos punch destroyed his armor.
