To say Mihawk's casual slash was a damn sight stronger than Kaido's Demolition Gust would be the understatement of the century; I hardly think the two scenes are comparable.

That being said, it was a good feat from Zoro portrayal-wise considering everyone else had to dodge an attack he casually deflected, but we already know Zoro's defense was a level above everyone else's due to Hakai.
