Questions & Mysteries Zorro’s past is this?

#1

Look closely guys ok, i assume that this whole town rebelled agains the WG, but the most interesting part in this picture is that there’s a shitmosuki clan symbol on the flags!

what if Dragon and Ivankov knew Zorro’s parents since they been in the revolutionary from the start.. And Zorro’s father joined the revolutionary army.
There’s a chance that Zorro’s father was probably a great swordsman, and he probably died from battle from a dirty trick, later after his death, the revolutionary brought Zorro to shimotuski village in the hopes that Zorro’s destiny was to be a great swordsman just like his father.

what do you guys think? Is this the reason why Oda still not giving Zorro’s past to us? Its because it would reveal so many things?

I really don't think you need to know more about Zoro's past. The information is always welcome, but a certain mystery is also appreciated and it is something that fits with the character of Zoro.

Also the fact that Zoro's father is not someone famous gives points to the character.

his rapid growth isnt normal, look at Sanji he had a blood of a vinsmoke, and on part 1 everyone know and that it seems that Zorro was highly better than Luffy this got me thinking that Zorro was also a shimotsuki, her mother was probably not a shitmotsuki and thats how Zorro got his green hair, but the fact is ever since part 1 Zorro is already a monster, and he always able to catch up with Luffy and Sanji.

and remember what reyleigh said, that everything happens is not a coincidence as if everything happens for a reason?

and one more factor is that Zorro was able to use Kings haki also, in which even on part 1 he also used it, on part 1 garp stated that kings haki can be inherited

and who knows, maybe his father was actually famous and the WG just changed his name and hid his shimotsuki last name

I like to delude myself into thinking that oda didn´t introduce the whole shimotsuki stuff just for baiting so i´m expecting zoro to be a prophecy child with famous and powerful parents just like every other relevant shonen character.
yeah just look at zorro his rapid growth was insane he is probably the only one from the strawhats who was able to catch up on luffy and there’s one time he surpass him.

remember those days on part 1? Where people think on 1v1 battle zorro can defeat luffy? Because on part 1 he can

Luffy beats yonko.
Hes future pirate king
Sun god nika
The new ryuma/ sword god despite not having a sword
Of the D clan
Captain of his ship

Zoro's greatest achievement will be defeating the guy that stalemated vista in his prime

Im sure there's a comparison between the two somewhere in there.....i guess

It is very likely that Zoro is a Shimotsuki, but within the Shimotsuki there is everything, surely his family is quite normal. If not Oda would have already released a pledge.

There is no need for Zoro to depend on his genes, as Zoro is by far the one who has put the most effort into getting stronger. Which is fine because we have an interesting mix with Zoro being the example of effort, Luffy a mix of effort and genes and Sanji representing the power of genes. For me variety is a good thing.

Regarding the issue of the King's Haki, it does not depend on genetics, it is only said that one is born with it. For example, of Big Mom's children, only Katakuri has it, if it depended on the genes, there would have to be many more, at least 50%.
